The HR (Human Resources) Management panel is where you configure users and roles for each project. You also use this screen to enter in details of schedule, and mark people as active or inactive in the system, like if they go on vacation or are seconded elsewhere for a period of time. This is different that the company-level HR Management functionality, which declares global roles versus project roles. Let's go through the configuration:
The User ID is assigned by the system. Everyone in your organization will be given a unique ID. The User is how the system knows the user. To assign a user roles, that user must already exist in the system (which you can add below).
Roles are selected from a dropdown list. If the role you are assigning does not exist in the dropdown list, you can create a role, which we will learn about below. The Schedule is a text field to describe the commitment to or absence of this resource in the project. For example you may note that Anabel is not available on Mondays, or Jackie works a maximum of 6 hours per day. Comments are comments, and can be whatever is relevant.
Status is either active or inactive. Make a user inactive when they are on vacation or otherwise unavailable.
History will show any status changes from the start date to the present. Connection details are found here.
